Our Community Collaborator will be delivering health services near you in Ryedale.
Ann Ferguson our new Community Collaborator will be delivering services across Ryedale. Our new services will cover health ,mental health, eating disorders and wellbeing. The first of several courses will start from the 20th of February. This new pilot collaboration in partnership with Carers Plus who will be sat in GP Surgeries signposting and giving information regarding these courses and other information is an new initiative to support those who need support across Ryedale .Next Steps will deliver these courses ,delivered by Ann Ferguson.
