Out of Hours Group
Out of hours was devised by our members, they told us they felt increased loneliness, increased suicidal thoughts and isolated on evenings and weekends.
We listened and devised a social group where they decide there plans and outings ,It was run by a member of staff and a volunteer this happens on Tuesday evenings.
We have a great time ,celebrating Birthdays ,trips out, cinema ,theatre ,fairs/circus and having meals out. Our Birthday nights are a huge hit! After all who wants to spend your birthday alone.
This group is now run by the members !
